Partnership Case Study
One of Trust Montana’s very first partnerships led to the development of 6 small-footprint permanently affordable homes on Montana Street in Missoula. Homeword, Inc. developed and subsidized the homes, and Trust Montana maintains the affordability by supporting the homeowners as-needed and coordinating each resale. Since the development was completed in 2019, there have been three resales at Montana Street, and the homes sell for more than $100,000 below market value.
