Representing Buyers and Sellers of Community Land Trust Homes

In this 2 hour continuing education class, Trust Montana will educate real estate agents about the community land trust model. The class will cover how to represent buyers and sellers in community land trust home transactions. This class is approved for 2 CE credits from the Montana Association of Realtors. The class will be taught by Lori Freeman, Esq., General Counsel for Trust Montana.
