In this public Zoom meeting, Trust Montana, Inc., will present information about its Home Buyer Choice program – a buyer initiated community land trust program. Interested folks can learn about the benefits of this program, the program criteria, and how to apply.
The HB Choice program will offer homebuyer assistance grants to income-qualified homebuyers in Missoula County. This is a pilot program made possible by a partnership with Missoula County and the Montana Department of Commerce.
