Save the Date for MT SEH Summit 2022

At the Montana Shared Equity Housing Summit, shared equity housing practitioners will share best practices and explore creative ways to build and preserve homes Montanans can afford. Presentation focus areas include: a deep-dive into Co-op – community land trust (CLT) partnership opportunities in Montana, buyer-initiated CLT programs, and the ROC mobile home park program run by NeighborWorks Montana. Participants will also dig into secondary market concerns that have come up for some CLTs in the state. This summit will be full of information that SEH practitioners will find useful as they continue their important work in 2022. Summit organizers aim to provide an interactive space where practitioners can be inspired by creative new ways to increase the number of permanently affordable homes in Montana.

This summit is sponsored by Neighborworks Montana and Trust Montana. Please register in advance!
